HydroBrain is a flexible, intelligent controller for spa and pool installations, built for professional environments where operation, energy optimisation and remote monitoring matter.
It combines advanced hardware with cloud-based control and gives you full command of the entire installation, from temperature and pumps to energy use and fault detection.

Intelligent energy optimisation
HydroBrain goes a step beyond traditional control.
The system builds a thermal model of the installation and keeps learning from operation and its surroundings:
- Analyses temperature, humidity and wind conditions
- Predicts heating times
- Calculates energy demand (kWh) for the days ahead
- Optimises operation based on electricity prices, including tariffs and taxes
The result is more precise and efficient use of energy.
Predictive operation and fault detection
By comparing expected and actual energy use, HydroBrain identifies deviations:

Home Assistant integration
HydroBrain integrates with Home Assistant through 4Power Cloud. Install the integration via HACS by adding 4Power's repository as a custom repository. You can then read status and temperatures in Home Assistant and use the installation in your own automations.
Water quality with Blue Connect
If you have a Blue Connect water analyser, it connects to HydroBrain via Bluetooth, and pH, redox (ORP) and water temperature appear in the 4Power app. You get a notification when the water needs attention. You handle dosing yourself; HydroBrain does not dose. Readings are indicative, and 4Power accepts no responsibility for their accuracy.
Scheduling: ready on time
Set a single ready time, such as "ready Saturday at 6 pm", or create a weekly schedule. The optimisation works backwards and heats during the cheapest hours beforehand, so the spa or pool is ready when you need it.
