Terms & Conditions

All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and charges. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Items may be out of stock, and we make reservations for this.

4Power ApS accepts payment by bank transfer and MobilePay. Invoice payment is due net 8 days. Late payments accrue interest at 0.93% per commenced month, plus a fee of DKK 100.00. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We make reservations for pricing errors and out-of-stock or discontinued items.

4Power ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day if the item is in stock. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day or as soon as items are back in stock.

We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping rates start from DKK 55. Items will be delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering. We do not deliver to international addresses, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.

Your items will be shipped with GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up location and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact our customer service.

We deliver on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered within 1–9 business days of placing the order. Special delivery terms apply to certain items and will be specified before purchase.

You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use of the product or service.

You must raise a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. 4Power ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

If a refund is due, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation as documentation. The refund will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Any payment processing fees will not be refunded.

As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from 4Power ApS. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period and return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

When you purchase from 4Power ApS, we collect the necessary personal data to process your order. We handle and store your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless necessary to complete your order — for example, with shipping companies and payment providers. 4Power ApS accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of our products or services. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses, including loss of profit, lost revenue, or consequential damages, regardless of the cause.

Any disputes between 4Power ApS and the customer should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes may be brought before the Danish courts in accordance with Danish law.
