Questions about subscription
The first month is always included with the device and starts upon activation. Your subscription therefore starts when the trial period on your device has expired.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time via the portal.
Remote access and energy optimization will no longer be available. The device can still be partially monitored from the portal.
No, monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The 5-year plan is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
